Step 2:  Determine if you would like to be part of Group Coaching or Individual Coaching.

What is included for Group Coaching:

  1. An initial 1 hour phone call with Amy Ballantyne (Coach) at the onset of the program, which will include Client and coach expectations, goals, review of current habits, what has worked in the past vs what has not worked in the past as well as key limiting beliefs and stories.
  2. Approximately 4.5-6 hours of Live Group Coaching Webinars per month on Monday evenings from 8:15-9:45pm (excluding holidays, June 24, 2019 and as noted in advance by Amy Ballantyne). These 1.5 hour sessions will be recorded in case the Client is unable to join the webinar live. It is highly encouraged that these sessions be made a priority as there will be specific time for Q&A each week. During the live webinars Amy Ballantyne will teach and discuss a variety of topics which could include: eating, exercise, mindset, habits, limiting beliefs and more. There will be discussions, sharing, coaching time and some sessions may contain tapping exercises, breathing exercises, meditation exercises which are always optional etc.
  3. Access to a private, exclusive Facebook Community for Clients only. This is the place where each Client will log in daily to note that they have completed their health habit (chosen each week by the Client). The community will also be a space for celebrating successes, additional coaching by Amy Ballantyne, and the hub for ongoing resources, recipes, sample exercises (provided by a Personal Trainer) and the recorded weekly webinars. This is an invaluable aspect of the program as you will be a part of a community of people who are struggling with similar challenges and understand and can relate to what you are going through.
  4. Access to the Precision Nutrition app (which houses numerous resources) and is the app Amy Ballantyne uses to send you daily email support; which acts as a reminder to put your health habits first, to provide useful information and periodic reflection exercises.
  5. Discounted Private Mini-Coaching Calls (as needed/as requested) at the rate of $50/ 30 minutes upon availability to discuss specific challenges, make custom tapping sessions, etc.
  6. Optional – 1 FREE Bottle of Usana Vitamin D (in your 2nd month of the program)

  2. 2 x 50 min individual phone calls per month where the Client and Amy Ballantyne will dive deeper into limiting beliefs and stories, eating, exercise, cellular nutrition, self care and more.
  3. Access to a private, exclusive Facebook Community for Clients only. This is the place where each Client will log in daily to note that they have completed their health habit (chosen each week by the Client). The community will also be a space for celebrating successes, additional coaching by Amy Ballantyne, and the hub for ongoing resources, recipes, sample exercises (provided by a Personal Trainer) and the recorded weekly webinars.
