30 Day Whole Body Detox

I am absolutely ecstatic to be an a coach for this program as it truly has helped hundreds of people to clear the toxins from their body in a beautiful way.

The founder of this program is the amazing Julie Boyer. She created this program called the 30 Day Whole Body Detox  7 years ago in order to achieve a personal goal that she cut out gluten and dairy suggested by a Naturopathic Doctor. Julie is someone who helps people whenever she can, and she knew others could benefit from this program as well.

What is the 30 Day Total Body Detox?

This program is about you: paying attention to what you are putting into your body every day, for 30 days and how you treat yourself. You choose how closely you follow the plan, but keep in mind that the more closely you follow it, the more successful you will be.

Things to avoid during the detox: alcohol, refined sugar, caffeine, dairy products and wheat & gluten foods.

Things to limit: soy, spicy foods, corn, red meat, gluten-free packaged products and dark chocolate.

Things to include: Fresh fruit and veggies, lean white meat and fish, nuts and seeds, and gluten-free whole grains. Find a great water bottle and keep it filled with distilled, reverse osmosis or alkaline water at all times. Add a slice of lemon for flavour. Try fresh, cold pressed juice this year!
